====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 4 in which copies of report of the Committee dated 19.10.2014 as well as resolution of the Syndicate dated 11.04.2015 have been brought on record. The same disclose that the University has finally taken a decision to consider the petitioner to have been in service of the University and accordingly pay him retiral dues.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the University to pay all admitted dues which may be payable to the petitioners in terms of the earlier order of the Court dated 02.11.2010 passed in CWJC No. 17990 of 2010 as well as the aforesaid decision of the Syndicate within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the Registrar and Finance Officer of the University. The University shall also furnish the detailed calculation chart
