This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 548 of 2023 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 01 litres. The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Act in connection with The petitioner will visit Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 548 of 2023 police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
