2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352 and 69 of the BNS.

3. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced the certified copy of the order dated 09.06.2026 passed by the 7th Additional Sessions Judge, POCSO, Purnea in Spl POCSO Case No. 55 of 2026, by which the Special Judge has deleted the offences of POCSO Act finding the alleged victim to be a major.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2025 and it

5. From the order dated 9.6.2026, it appears that the victim is a major and it appears to be a case of relationship between two consenting adults.

6. In view of the above, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2025.

8. The certified copy of the order dated 9.6.2026 produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is taken on record.
