2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 93 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is not the assailant of the victim.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is not the assailant of the victim, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
