2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of 'dowry death'.

4. Petitioner no. 1 & 2 are brother-in-law, petitioner no. 3 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 4 is mother-in-law of the deceased. Thrust of the allegation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioners are separate in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41568 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 mess & property and have got no concern with the affairs of deceased and her husband. The allegation of torture and demand of dowry is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 38 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
