ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners being two of the three accused petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Bind P.S.Case No.45 of 2015 for the offence under Section 302/34 of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is an allegation against the petitioners, that these two petitioners along with one Damodar Bind had assaulted the deceased, it is stated that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering all these facts and circumstances of the case and similarly situated co-accused, Damodar Bind, has already been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated
