Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajekalla P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the bank of the river. Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38978 of 2019(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Khajekalla P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019.
