Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault by fifteen persons including the petitioner to the informant and informant's uncle causing fracture injury and committing theft of challan and Rs. 15,000/- from the uncle of the informant and snatching mobile, watch and money from the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that initial injury report reflects the injury to be simple in nature but subsequently the injury report issued by the DMCH reflects some of the injuries to be grievous in nature. The accusation is omnibus and general.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35747 of 2015 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 120 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
