JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she stated that petitioner took her Muzaffarpur station and pressurized her for marriage but she started weeping and gave information to the mother of the petitioner through mobile phone. Thereafter she came and took her to the house of Mukhiya but learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards Annexure-3 to the petition to show this fact that the victim was recovered by G.R.P, Chapra from where she was taken by her cousin brother and petitioner does not have any hand in the so called kidnapping.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38509 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S.Case No. 167 of 2016.
