Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 20/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Submission on behalf of petitioner is that small quantity of 180 gms of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and that neither he was arrested on the spot nor any incriminating article was recovered from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner prior to the instant case and that he is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge/Special Judge, Patna in Special Case No 68 of 2017 arising out of Jakkanpur Police Station Case No 134 of 2017.
