JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned G.P. 20, appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the prescribed revisional authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act, 1961 for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner with respect to the impugned appellate order passed by the respondent Additional Collector, Araria as also with respect to the lands in question.

Permission is accorded.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11455 of 2015 (2) dt.09-12-2016 2/2 The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

If an appropriate revision petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner before the prescribed revisional authority within a period of four weeks from today with a certified copy of the present order, and if it is found to have become barred by limitation and if any petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner for condonation of such delay, then the prescribed revisional authority shall take into consideration that on a bonafide legal advice, the present writ petition was filed before this Court on 29.7.2015 and that remained pending till date.
