This is a case registered under Sections 341, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 506/2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is daughter-in-law of the petitioner and allegation against him has been made on extraneous considerations so as to implicate the petitioner so that the informant and her husband may sell the ancestral property of the petitioner. Further it has been submitted that simple injury has been sustained by the husband of the informant for other reason as no occurrence as alleged has taken place. On the basis of aforesaid allegation made by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30006 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 daughter-in-law of the petitioner, he is in custody since 18.11.2016. Further, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case.

Considering the above submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge VIII, Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 506/2016, corresponding to S.Tr. No. 285/2017.
