Petitioner was an applicant for appointment on the post of a constable in the CRPF. After he went through the process of selection, at the time of medical he was disqualified on the ground indicated by the Medical Board. It seems Review Medical Board was constituted which found him fit. Petitioner made prayers for appointment but it was rejected way back in July 2011 itself. After July, 2011, except for representation, petitioner has not taken any steps. The reason for rejection of the claim of the petitioner was for a valid reason and not because of any extraneous consideration.
