Petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.10.2016 in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Punhi Kumar aged about three years had gone to school and did not return. Subsequently, his dead body was found from the field-side. The F.I.R. was lodged against unknown miscreants. During investigation suspicion is there against the petitioner also as she is allegedly involved in playing witchcraft. Submission of the petitioner allegedly is that there is no eyewitness. Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No. 140 of 2016.
