Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,342,323,325,308,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation against petitioner-Jalim Chaudhary is of commission of assault with iron rod to the son of the informant, namely, Saheb Kumar.

Petitioner-Lallu Chaudhary and others bear general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault and theft. The Doctor has found pain and swellings three in number. Two injuries were simple in nature and one was grievous one but no reason for such opinion is mentioned in the injury report. Petitioners are in custody since 09.06.2020.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38583 of 2020(2) dt.01-03-2021 2/2 Investigation of the case is already complete. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shikarpur Police Station Case No.353 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
