Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 63 of 2007 for the offence under section 406, 409, 420, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The allegation against this petitioner is that despite rejection of Basgeet Case No. 21/98-99 by the C.O., Jokihat, the petitioner and others on the basis of forged and fabricated Basgeet Parcha, are getting the receipt issued. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.3.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41801 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2019 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S.
