JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147,148, 149, 307, 333, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26,27 and 35 of Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that on getting information that at Gopal Dera Road some accused persons had assembled armed with weapons, the police party chased the miscreants. Then the miscreants opened fire. The police apprehended total four accused persons. From the seizure list, annexed in the written report, nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31253 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S.Case No. 92 of 2017, subject to the conditions that both bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) singh/- U T
