In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs that the application filed by the petitioner in the learned court below for release of the loader must be considered and disposed of within a period of thirty days from the date of communication of this order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.901 of 2022(2) dt.29-09-2022 2/2 as back as on 09.02.2022 a report was called for in connection with release of loader but till date the said report has not been made available by the Department of Mines and the investigating agency.

The District Mining Development Officer, Saran at Chapra (respondent no.5) and the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra (respondent no.4) are directed to cooperate with the court by submitting the desired report within two weeks from today, failing which the matter shall be reported to this Court.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to these authorities for compliance.

This writ application stands disposed of accordingly. The certified copy of the order will be made available only after removal of the defects.
