2. Limited direction was for consideration of representation of the petitioner. C.W.J.C. No. 19823 of 2021 is presented by Murat Das. Grievance of the petitioner - Murat Das is complied. On the other hand, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court MJC No.1726 of 2023 dt.01-04-2024 2/2 petitioner submitted that similarly situated persons like Murat Das there are about 126, whose grievance is also required to be considered. We are dealing with the contempt of Court and scope is limited to the extent whether orders of this Court dated 06.01.2022 passed in Murat Das case has been considered or not.
3. Having regard to the fact that grievance of Murat Das has been considered, hence the present M.J.C/Contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the similarly situated persons to invoked remedy before appropriate forum.
