Petitioner is seeking bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 51 and 63 of the Copyright Act.
Petitioner submits that he is simply a salesman in a shop situated in Shanti Complex. He further submits that the coaccused Ranjan Kumar, who is alleged to be the supplier, has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.06.2017 passed in Cr Misc No 25132 of 2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28473 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Gandhi Maidan Police Station Case No 183 of 2017 dated 03.04.2017.
