JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-02-2018 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 27.04.2015, passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 06 of 2008, whereby the maintenance amount directed by the learned Family Court, in Maintenance Case No. 13(M) of 1995, has been enhanced to Rs. 2,500/- per month from the date of the passing of the order.

An effort was made by this Court for reconciliation between the parties, but it appears that the same is not possible.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.564 of 2015 (6) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 The opposite party is present in Court and has stated that the petitioner has remarried and she has been left completely unattended and perforce she has to stay with her mother.

Though the fact of remarriage has not been admitted by the petitioner, but taking into account the reasoning given by the learned Family Court for enhancing the maintenance amount, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

This revision petition is thus dismissed.
