2. The present petition has been filed against the rejection of the petition filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter referred to as 'the Code').

3. It appears that a revision under Section 115 of the Code would lie against such order since in case the petition is allowed, that would be the end of the matter before the learned trial court.

4. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to convert the instant civil miscellaneous application into civil revision application under Section 115 of the Code.

5. As prayed, he is permitted to do so within three weeks.

6. Office is directed to extend all cooperation to the
