Petitioner was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 3.7.2019 in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 95 of 2017 with condition that he will file affidavit at the time of filing bail bond to this effect that he would not indulge in such type of activity in future.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitioner is in custody, it is difficult for him to give affidavit at the time of furnishing bail bond as directed by this Court. Therefore, he seeks modification in the order dated 3.7.2019. In such circumstances, the order dated 3.7.2019 is modified to the extent that petitioner will file necessary
