05-08-2015 By this bail application, petitioner Gopal Prasad Gupta, who was petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 22986/2015 seeks modification of order dated 08.06.2015 by which this Court had granted bail in anticipation of arrest but fixed four weeks period for surrender in the court below.

For the reasons stated in the application, the period of four weeks is extended by another four weeks from today.

With this observation, this modification application stands disposed of.
