2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Prosecution case in nutshell is that informant's daughter was married to petitioner. It is further alleged that the accused persons were torturing the informant for the want of dowry. On 02.04.2022, informant got information that his daughter has died. When the informant went to the matrimonial house of

It is further alleged that informant came to know that his daughter was murdered for want of dowry and in order to desstroy the evidence, her body was burnt.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he, being the husband of informant's daughter, has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that there is cordial relation between the petitioner and his wife and there is no any demand of dowry. It is submitted vide para 12 of the petition that the victim died of acute dehydration. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 13.08.2022. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46284 of 2023(4) dt.06-11-2023 3/3 and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Darbhanga Ladaniyan P.S. Case No. 86 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani.
