JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 18.02.2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Vaishali at Hajipur in Miscellaneous Case No. 68 of 2011, whereby the family court has directed for deduction of Rs. 15000/- per month from the salary of the petitioner till the realization of the arrears amount of Rs. 7,20,000/- from the G.P.F. of the petitioner.
From the records, it appears that the order of maintenance awarded by the family court has not been set aside and therefore, the present order is only a sequel to the order of maintenance. In case the petitioner has any objection to the aforesaid order, he has the liberty to challenge the order of
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.595 of 2015(2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 maintenance in the first instance.
There is no occasion for this Court now to interfere with the order impugned.
The petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner as indicated above.
