JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

As informant Rita Devi failed to oblige one Rakesh Kumar, her neighbour by way of making payment, it has been alleged that in between 21/22.01.2017, four unknown criminals intruded inside her house and made indiscriminate firing causing severe injury. Subsequently thereof, as is evident, the daughter as well as husband of informant were examined under Paras-32, 33 of the case diary, wherein they have narrated that as Rakesh Kumar is under custody, affairs are being carried out by the petitioner along with Kunal Yadav, Ravan Kumar and Rohit. Then thereafter, as is evident from Para-72, victim was examined at third occasion, wherein she had named the petitioner along with Ravan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34686 of 2017 (03) dt.19-08-2017 Kumar @ Rakesh Kumar, Kunal Yadav, who caught hold her, threw her on the ground and during midst thereof, they were joined by Arjun Prasad, the father of Rakesh Kumar and they all have fired causing injury.

In the background of aforesaid development, petitioner, Ranjeet Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Biharsharif at Nalanda in connection with Sessions Trial No.278 of 2017 arising out of Bind P. S. Case No.07 of 2017.
