The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2021 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 20 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code 27 of Arms Act and section 17 of C.L.A. Act. The petitioner is seeking a bail in the case registered in 2005. He submits that his name has come in confession and there is no any other material against him.

Learned APP has submitted that petitioner is an absconder and also he has criminal antecedent and if he granted bail, he will again abscond. And there are materials which have come during investigation which connects the petitioner with the crime.
