2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 306 of 2024 registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 352, 324(4), 324(5), 74, 303(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other coaccused persons are said to have abused and assaulted the informant and her family members with iron rods, axes, sticks etc. It is further alleged that accused persons snatched gold chain and earring and also spoiled informant's crop.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41792 of 2025(4) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are persons of clean antecedent. It has further been submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and injuries inflicted upon injured persons are found to be simple in nature.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant as well as State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submitted that the accused persons not only assaulted the members of prosecution side but also destroyed the paddy crop of the informant to which learned counsel for the petitioner replied that there is admitted land dispute.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 306 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure./ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
