The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No.189 of 2020 for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the application on behalf of petitioner nos. 2 and 3, namely, Kallu Rajvanshi and Bipin Rajvanshi. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn so far as petitioner nos. 2 and 3,

So far as petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 5, namely, Ashish Rajvansh, Ratna Rajvanshi and Kunal Rajvanshi are concerned, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are immediate family members and the allegation against them is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 5, namely, Ashish Rajvansh, Ratna Rajvanshi and Kunal Rajvanshi is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos. 1, 4 and 5, namely, Ashish Rajvansh, Ratna Rajvanshi and Kunal Rajvanshi, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No.189 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
