The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/326/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the case and counter case and that there is no serious allegation against the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
