Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.115 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Only allegation of firing on the person of the informant's father is made against the petitioners though no injury report is available issued from the P.M.C.H., Patna where the injured was admitted. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No.115 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
