2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he failed to file requisites within the peremptory time, and therefore, Cr. Misc. No. 26858 of 2024 was rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner further referring to paragraph no. 3 of the present petition submitted that due to mistake, he failed to understand the peremptory time given by this Court to file requisites and, therefore, prays that the restoration petition be allowed.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50647 of 2024(2) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 and the sufficient explanation given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the restoration petition is allowed and the Cr. Misc. No. 26858 of 2024 is, hereby, restored. (Rudra Prakash Mishra, J) Alok Verma/- U
