The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdispur (Goradiah) P.S. Case No. 406 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that the first information report itself shows that there is specific allegation of assault against the petitioner by means of iron rod and pistol butt on the head of the informant. Hence, this is not a fit case of

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
