JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH) 26-11-2015 The present public interest litigation has been filed on behalf of the petitioner making a grievance that concerned authorities of the State Government and Integrated Child Development Scheme ( ICDS) have misappropriated huge public money meant for 'Take Home Ration Schemes'.

2. We do not find any specific material on records of the present proceeding to make out a case that there has been misappropriation of money as alleged in the present

case. We, however, do not intend to make any observation as regards the veracity of the averments made in the writ application, as regards alleged misappropriation of the said money.

3. If the petitioner has sufficient material/information in his possession in order to substantiate his plea of misappropriation of the Government money, it would always open to him to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law including criminal law.

4. This disposes of this application.
