In this case, the petitioner is challenging the action of the Sub-Divisional Officer as well as the order of the Collector whereby the license of the petitioner has been rejected and the ground for rejection has been assigned that he was charging cost of grain and kerosene oil more than rate fixed by the State Government.

The petitioner has filed his explanation before the Sub-Divisional Officer, who was not agreed with his explanation, vide Memo no. 239 dated 18/03/2014, cancelled his licence. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the Appellate Authority and

Patna High Court CWJC No.12325 of 2015 (3) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 the Appellate Authority, vide order dated 24/04/2015 in Case No. 24/2014, has also rejected his claim.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file a revision application.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U
