The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 381 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no case under Section 30 (a) of Excise Act is made out, however, considering that the bail application of co-accused has been rejected by this Court, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner, therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
