15 litres of wine was recovered from petitioner and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 15.10.2016. As per para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Santosh Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas in Kachhawan PS Case No. 39 of 2016.
