Case No. 258 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) and 384/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. He has been falsely implicated in the case.

The victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein she has not taken the name of petitioner. She has taken name of one Hamza Khan @ Bitu who is already named in the written report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
