JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual court proceedings. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 325, 505 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2021, is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted. Allegation against the petitioner is of assault to Kamlesh by lathi along with co-accused on his head. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted and the injury of the injured has been found to be simple in nature, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2020.
