JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 07-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.111 of 2022 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 504, 302 of the Indian Penal Code. There has been unfortunate death on the side of the informant and allegation against the petitioner is three fold, firstly he gave an order whereafter the accused persons assaulted the deceased, the second allegation is that he caught hold of the deceased and the third allegation is that on his order another accused tried to throttle the neck of the deceased.
