JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 The instant application has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR of Mufassil P.S.Case No.75 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under sections 406, 419, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of criminal offence.
