Petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No.618 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363, 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is enclosed as Annexure-2, wherein, she has levelled specific allegation of kidnapping against step-brother, Taimur. She has only alleged that her uncle (petitioner) was also standing there. Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2019 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38477 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No.618 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
