2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Tarari P.S. Case No. 56 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is delay of one day in instituting the FIR on 31.03.2019 for the alleged occurrence of 30.03.2019.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner having accused in three prior cases of different nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
