2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143 and 144 of the B.N.S. and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act and Sections 4, 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, being a customer, was caught indulging in prostitution by taking advantage of sexual services.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39759 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 present case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 04.04.2026. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Session Judge-VII -cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Rohtas at Sasaram /concerned Court below in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 101 of 2026.
