The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. On protest being made for ploughing the land of the informant, the accused persons assaulted the informant, when the husband and other family members of the informant came to rescue, they were also assaulted. It is further alleged that the accused persons took away nose pin and chain from the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for the bona fide land dispute accusation has been levelled. The injury received by the informant has been

For the occurrence of 06.05.2015 the First Information Report was registered on 11.05.2015, whereas the counter version was registered on 08.05.2015. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the case lodged by the petitioners'' side at the earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
