2. Petitioner having applied for voluntary retirement in the year 1997, his request was accepted in 2008 when notification was issued. The provident fund dues has been paid to the petitioner but without up-to-date interest.
3. Let interest on the G.P.F. amount of the petitioner be paid until the date of payment of the G.P.F. amount as early as
Patna High Court CWJC No.722 of 2011 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 possible, in any case, within one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order before the District Provident Fund Officer, Aurangabad.
