JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 144 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.03.2019. He further submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he opened fire causing injury to the informant.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-
