2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner committed murder of daughter of the informant over the issue of nonpayment of installments of loan taken by her.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. Informant is not an eye witness to the occurrence. Allegation hinges around suspicion. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.12.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Sidhwalia Police Station Case No. 206 of 2023.
