2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022 lodged under Section 394 of the I.P.C..

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide Annexure-1 the bail application of the present petitioner has been rejected with liberty granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail 6 months after framing of charge. Counsel further submits that at page-16 of the present application the proforma of charge framing dated 29.11.2022 has been annexed by which it transpires that charge has been framed in this case and 6 months has also lapsed.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that the

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C..
